و مانند دریاچه نئو و شورابیل توانسته است نظر بسیاری از گردشگران منطقه را به خود جلب کند. دریاچه سوها در واقع آبگیر کوچکی است که در پشت سدی در روستایی به همین نام ایجاد شده است.دریاچه سوها در فاصله چهار کیلومتری شمال شرقی روستایی به همین نام در ۳۵ کیلومتری شرق اردبیل واقع شده است. دلیل نامگذاری روستای سوها که در ابتدای جنگل‌های زیبای گیلان واقع شده است و آب و هوای معتدلی دارد، وجود چشمه‌ها و آب فراوان در اطراف آن است. برای دسترسی به روستا و دریاچه سوها، باید از طریق جاده ارتباطی اردبیل به بریس، به نیارق رفته و از آنجا به سمت روستای سوها واقع در شهرستان نمین حرکت کنید. فاصله بین روستای سوها و دریاچه سوها، یک مسیر خاکی حدودا پنج کیلومتری است که با خودروهای معمولی هم می‌توان به راحتی آن را طی کرد.در فاصله ۱۶ کیلومتری از این دریاچه، آبشار مرتع زیبایی به نام لاتون با ارتفاعی در حدود ۱۰۵ متر وجود دارد که دسترسی به آن با اتومبیل ممکن نیست و برای رسیدن به آن باید مسیر کوهستانی سختی را از بین جنگل‌های بکر و زیبای اردبیل و گیلان طی کنید که تقریبا  ۱۵ ساعت طول می‌کشد و استفاده از GPS نیز در این مسیر ضروری است.
