English Description:
The hills of Hesar, located on the southern border of Damghan, were first explored by Eric Schmidt of the University of Pennsylvania in 1312. As a result of these explorations, it became clear that this ancient site has three main cultural periods from the late Neolithic to the end of the Bronze Age. From the time of Schmidt's exploration in the hills, this site is cited by archaeologists as one of the bases for identifying simultaneous cultures on the central plateau of Iran.
