Bahram Abedini is Born in Tehran ,, in an art-loving family. He chose photography as his professional art in his mid-twenties. Photography became the way of expressing his feelings and his point of view of the world and the way to share his experiences from all over Iran. His photography varies from deadly and terrific mountains to vast and beautiful landscapes, twilight horizon of Caspian sea, little rural boy working on a farm, and everyday life in big towns. Passing through 37 years of professional life he experienced many genres of photography. They can be categorized as Natural, Historical, Cultural, Social, Industrial and advertising, fashion, Panoramic, spherical and 3d photography and video.

In the Past he use to capture his pictures with analogue Cameras like Canon, Nikon, Hasselblad & Leica but his favorite one was Hasselblad the H-40. He had a dark-room in which he himself would develop films. But in recent years however he shifted his experiences toward digital cameras & digital photography. Bahram has kept the habit of shooting photos on 120 and large formats using professional analogue cameras.
His photography projects are most of the times accompanied by his life companion Mrs. Mahrokh Miralaei who is a good photographer as well.
