The ascent routes are from Kondor village and Varish village. Liche is adjacent to Cheshmeh Shahi mountain and continues along the ridge to connect to Liz and Lizan peaks. The elevation of the peak is 2900 meters, and this photo was taken from the old Kondor road below Pura Peak."

Rock climbing has been a great point of interest for many people in Iran. There are competitions and is followed as a serious sport.

شب مانی در قله آبک همراه با بارش برف. قله آبک یکی از قلل اطراف تهران است که در فصل زمستان میتواند مقصد خوبی برای صعود زمستانی باشد. بارش برف اما به تجهیزات کوهنوردی خوبی احتیاج دارد که کمپینگ را در این هوا آسان تر بکند. عکس سیاه و سفید فوق در سال 1368 گرفته شده است. 

 Mani night at the summit of Abel with snow. Wat peak is one of the peaks around Tehran which in winter can be a good destination for winter climbing. Snow, but it needs good mountaineering equipment to make camping easier in the air. The above black and white photo was taken in 1368.

قله خرس چال (ارتفاع 4100متر ) و بزچال (ارتفاع 4050) از جمله قله های البرز مرکزی می باشند. نام دیگر این دو قله سرک چالِ 2 و 3 نیز می باشد. خط الراس آن به ترتیب بدین صورت می باشد: سرک چال، خرس چال و بزچال، گلون بستک و سه چال. براس صعود می توان از دو مسیر استفاده کرد. نخست از سمت شمشک؛ زمان حدودی تا قله 6 ساعت می باشد. و مسیر دوم ، مسیر شمالی می باشد که از دره دریوک عبور می کند.

 The peaks of Khers-chal  (4100 H) and Bezchal (4050 H) are central Alborz peaks. Another name for these two peaks is Sarak-chal 2 and 3. The ridge is as follows:Sarak-chal, Kolun-bastak,Seh-chal and sekke-nou. Climbing can be available in two ways: First from Shemshak; time is approximately 6 hours. And the second route is the northern route that crosses the Druuk Valley.

گردنه عسلک مرز بین جاده چالوس و شهرستان طالقان است  که اگر از جاده چالوس به طرف طالقان بروید در مسیر غار یخ مراد و بعد از غار به آزاد بر  و گردنه میرسید گردنه راه ورود به قلل هفت خوان  وکلاش ویا است بعد از گردنه به روستاهای گراپ دراپی و گته ده میرسید.

 The Asalak ridge is the border between Chalus Road and Taleghan city. If you go to Taleghan Road from Chalus Road, you will reach Yakh Morad Cave and after the cave you will find the path to Haft Juan clash or Vulya Peak. Drop and Goethe-ten.
