تاریخ پایه گذاری بنا برابر بود با روز اشتاد ایزد (۲۳ امرداد) ۱۲۹۳ خورشیدی برابر با روز اورمزد و فروردین ماه ۱۲۸۳ باستانی (۱۳ اگوست ۱۹۱۳ میلادی). در مراسم نهادن سنگ بنای آدریان این افراد حضور داشتند: رضاقلی خان معاون وزارت معارف، مجدالسلطنه نماینده وزارت امور خارجه، محمدعلی فروغی ذکاء الملک، حکیم الملک، حاج سید نصرالله، میستر اردشیرجی، میستر بهرامجی، میستر شاهپور جی و تعدادی از خوانین زرتشتی. این تنها آتشکده در شهرتهران است و بازدید برای همه آزاد است و در چهار راه ادیان تقاطع جمهوری و قوام قرار دارد
At the end of the Qajar period and in the year 1293, a solarium was laid during the ceremony with the presence of Arbab Kaihosrow Shahrokh, the president of the Zoroastrian Association of Tehran, the stone building of Adrian Temple. The date of the foundation was equal to the day of the Great Patriotic War (23rd of May), the 1293 solar year, the same day as Ormzad and Farvardin, 1283 (August 13, 1913). At the ceremony, Adrian was attended by: Reagan Khan, deputy minister of education, Majd Al-Saltanah, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mohammad Ali Foroughi, Zaha al-Molk, Hakimolmolk, Hajj Sayyid Nasrallah, Mister Ardeshirji, Mister Bharramji, Mister Shahpour Jay and some Zoroastrian readers. This is the only fire temple in the city of Tehran, and the visit is open to everyone and is located on the crossroads of the religions of the intersection of the Republic and Qavam.
