این پارک و دریاچه در قبل از انقلاب طرح و برنامه ریزی شد ولی به علت مسایل زیست محیطی کنسل و پروژه مردود شد ولی در دهه های اخیر به مراحل  ساخت رسید لازم به ذکر است در زیر این کابل ها نباید بیشتر از پنچ دقیقه زیر آن بود (طبق نظر کارشناسان) مخصوصا در هوای بارانی .غروب پارک آبشار تهران همراه با تکنولوژی. پارک آبشار در غربی ترین نقطه تهران قرار دارد  از طرف شمال به کوه لتمال و از جنوب به دریاچه خلیج فارس محدود می شود این پارک و دریاچه در قبل از انقلاب طرح و برنامه ریزی شد ولی به علت مسایل زیست محیطی کنسل و پروژه مردود شد ولی در دهه های اخیر به مراحل  ساخت رسید لازم به ذکر است در زیر این کابل ها نباید بیشتر از پنچ دقیقه زیر آن بود (طبق نظر کارشناسان) مخصوصا در هوای بارانی .این عکس در بهار نود و هفت به ثبت رسیده است
